1. Eligibility
1.1. The T1 Fest Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Illinois who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Car Con Carne are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their name and email address through the designated entry form.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period
3.1. The Giveaway begins on September 13, 2024 and ends on October 2, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (the “Entry Period”).
3.2. Entries received after the end of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winner
4.1. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
4.2. The drawing will take place on or around October 3.

5. Notification
5.1. Winner will be notified via email within 5 business days following the drawing.

6. Prize
6.1. The prize consists of 2 tickets to T1 Fest.
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Publicity
7.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name in any promotional materials related to the Giveaway.

8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

9. General Conditions
9.1. Car Con Carne reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
9.2. Car Con Carne is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, malfunctions of electronic equipment, failure of entry submissions, or any other issues that may affect the integrity of the Giveaway.
